Gardenist is a team that believes the life of a piece of furniture begins with the first sketch on the design table, passes through the final quality check in the workshop, and continues for years on a terrace, in a garden or in a hotel courtyard. Human craft is present at every stage of this journey, and we place it at the very centre of our work. Industrial designers, interior architects, engineers, upholstery and metal masters, project managers and e-commerce specialists work side by side; there is no wall between the workshop and the design office.
For us, a good colleague is above all someone who respects materials and labour - someone curious about how teak develops its patina, someone who asks why a weld seam is exactly that thickness, someone who treats a measurement error in a client's project as their own problem. Experience matters, but curiosity, precision and a habit of taking responsibility often matter more.
Openings change seasonally across the workshop (upholstery, metalwork, assembly), the design office (industrial design, interior architecture) and our central team (sales, project management, customer experience, e-commerce). Even when no position is advertised, a strong application is always read and kept in mind.
